• Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of the luxury hotel or resort market.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet KPIs and performance goals.
• Identify and expand corporate, travel agent, online, and international market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to maximize revenue performance.
