Engineering
- Chief Engineer
- Executive Committee Level, report to General Manager.
- Direct and controls all Engineering staff to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
- Ensures that safety and emergency procedures for guests and employees meet or exceed the recognized industry standards and conform to local legal requirements.
- Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures.
- Maintains systems to be able to handle day-to-day guest requests quickly and efficiently.
- Plans and schedules for appropriate ongoing preventative maintenance programmes.
- Restaurant Supervisor
- Supervises the service rendered to guests and ensures it meets high standards and complies with management directions.
- Accepts responsibility for supervising the staff assigned to him/her in the restaurant.
- Ensures that staff are serving food and beverages correctly to satisfy guests.
- Cooperates with the kitchen and beverage staff to maintain a high standard of food and beverage presentation and prevents any unnecessary delay of service.
- Runs a courteous and efficient service operation.
- Accepts guest’s complaints, listens attentively, and resolves issues diplomatically. Reports all complaints to management.
- Daily checks the restaurant’s preparations, including table setup, equipment availability, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
- Bar Supervisor
- Ensure that best services are given to guests and cooperated with other outlets.
- To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth-running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace the Head Bartender when necessity arises.
- Assisting Beverage Manager in the process of supervising bartenders, beverage recipes, bar requisitions and par stock, beverage and wine promotion, selling beverages, beverage cost and bar expenses.
- Make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guests. This includes proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
- Assist Beverage Manager in checking all bars for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Maintain professional appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- A positive mindset and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Thai local applicants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
