Revenue Distribution Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize hotel revenue through pricing and distribution strategies.
• Manage room rates, inventory, and availability across all sales channels.
• Optimize OTA performance and maintain rate parity.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and market trends.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Distribution, E-commerce, or Commercial within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Hotel PMS, Channel Manager, OTA Extranets, and Revenue Management Systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
