• Cluster Director of Revenue

Position Purpose

• To lead and manage revenue strategies across the cluster of hotels, maximizing room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies across all hotels within the cluster.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, demand, booking pace, and revenue performance.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, reports, and revenue analysis.
• Optimize room rates and distribution channels including OTA, GDS, Direct, and Wholesale.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance.
• Lead and develop the Revenue Management team.
• Provide recommendations and revenue strategies to senior management.

Qualification Standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
