ABOUT THE ROLE
- Position our brand as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies that attract talent and build a talent pool for effective succession planning within the business.

- Preparation of man power plan and payroll budget for Hotel, ensure that all Heads of Department are informed, assisted with forecasting procedure to ensure that payroll is kept in line with budget.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive meetings.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g., Earth Day, recycling drives, zero-waste campaigns, sustainability workshops).
- Prepare sustainability communication materials (newsletters, posters, intranet updates).
- Engage with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and local communities, to promote sustainability awareness and initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles (1-3 years).

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations. Implement and monitor SOPs.
- Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently. Control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.

- 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping within luxury hotels.
