We are looking for the right candidates to join our team as follow:
Front Office
Night Manager / Asst. Night Mgr
Responsibilities
Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift, conducting night audits, and ensuring hotel safety and security.
Support the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager in all aspects of room operations, with a focus on Front Office activities and coordination with other departments during night hours.
Provide leadership and support to the night team and uphold My Beach Resort standards of excellence in all supervised areas.
Requrirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities in both Thai and English.
Able to work independently and make decisions.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Complex Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Support the Complex Director of Sales in executing sales strategies across our hotel portfolio.
Manage assigned market segments and key accounts to achieve agreed revenue, room night and account production targets.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and account visits.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate accounts, airlines and other business partners.
Monitor account production, booking trends and market opportunities and provide regular sales updates.
Participate in sales blitzes, trade events, roadshows, networking activities and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, E-Commerce and hotel operations to maximize business conversion and revenue opportunities
Requrirements
Bachelor’s degree
3–5 years’ hotel sales experience
Strong Phuket/travel-trade network
Proven revenue and account-development track record
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Commercially driven and results-oriented
