We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead and oversee overnight operations at our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth front desk management. The Night Manager will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest identities and payment methods, assigning rooms, activating and issuing room keys, and maintaining accurate guest accounts, including loyalty program information. This role requires documenting exceptions, securing payments prior to room issuance, handling adjustments and billing inquiries, and processing all forms of payment, vouchers, and paid-outs. The Night Manager will compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists, manage cash handling and bank procedures, and coordinate with departments to promptly address guest requests or concerns while ensuring service satisfaction.
In addition, the Night Manager will support team development by assisting with training, coaching, motivating, and evaluating staff, serving as a role model for company policies and the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Maintaining professional appearance and conduct, adhering to safety procedures, protecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with operational standards are essential.
The Recreation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of recreational activities and ensuring high-quality service for guests. This role supervises and manages recreation staff, supports day-to-day operations, and is able to perform staff duties when necessary. The Recreation Manager plans, organizes, and schedules events, programs, and activities while ensuring that service standards consistently meet guest expectations. The position requires strong knowledge of recreation programs, operational systems, and hospitality service standards to maintain a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for guests.
Additionally, the Recreation Manager develops goals and action plans to organize and prioritize departmental tasks, manages external vendors such as water sports and scuba providers, and ensures the proper ordering and management of supplies and equipment. The role also oversees children’s programs by coordinating activities and purchasing necessary materials, and organizes group events including sand painting, bonfires, and team-building activities. Furthermore, the Recreation Manager is responsible for managing pool and beach areas, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, daily upkeep, and smooth operation of facilities including cabana units, while also providing assistance and support to guests and team members when needed.
- Training & Quality Assurance Manager
The Training & Quality Assurance Manager at Le Méridien inspires a culture of excellence by shaping learning experiences that elevate service, creativity, and guest engagement. - Loyalty Manager / Guest Service Manager (Russian Speaking)
We are looking for a highly professional and service-focused Loyalty Manager / Guest Service Manager (Russian Speaking) to join our hospitality team. This role acts as the Manager on Duty, overseeing daily property operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English, with a strong background in guest relations and front office leadership. You will be responsible for welcoming and attending to VIPs and high-profile guests with the utmost discretion and care. Key duties include handling guest concerns, managing lobby flow, and coordinating closely with internal departments to deliver seamless service. You will also oversee the tracking and resolution of guest service issues, ensuring that all follow-ups are completed promptly and professionally. A calm, composed demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred.
