Job Description

• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and service standards
• Lead, train, and manage restaurant & service staff
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize profitability
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and operating supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams
• Conduct staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings
• Maintain high standards of Food & Beverage service
• Support business growth through customer feedback and operational improvements

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality management, specifically in resorts, beach clubs, or F&B
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Guest-oriented and able to work flexible hours
• Good knowledge in the Food & Beverage products and high-end service levels
• Good English communication skills
• Computer literate and well-organized
