  • Complex Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Complex Director of Sales in executing sales strategies across our hotel portfolio.
  • Manage assigned market segments and key accounts to achieve agreed revenue, room night and account production targets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and account visits.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate accounts, airlines and other business partners.
  • Monitor account production, booking trends and market opportunities and provide regular sales updates.
  • Participate in sales blitzes, trade events, roadshows, networking activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, E-Commerce and hotel operations to maximize business conversion and revenue opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ hotel sales experience
  • Strong Phuket/travel-trade network
  • Proven revenue and account-development track record
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented
  • Complex IT Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and user support across the hotel portfolio.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and ongoing IT support as required.
  • Manage and support key hotel systems including Opera Cloud, Infrasys, Carmen, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, PABX, IPTV, and CCTV.
  • Maintain cybersecurity, data protection, access control, system backups, disaster recovery, IT assets, licenses, and documentation.
  • Coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, vendors, budgets, preventive maintenance, and implementation of new technologies.
  • Work closely with hotel management and departments to ensure reliable operations while improving efficiency through automation, system integration, and practical technology solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel IT experience, with IT Manager experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, IPTV, PABX and hotel systems.
  • Experience with Opera, Infrasys, Carmen is an advantage.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and English skills.
  • Hands-on coding / development skills (e.g. Python, SQL, APIs, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
  • Curiosity, innovation and a drive to implement new ideas.
