MARKETING DEPARTMENT

MARKETING DIRECTOR 1 POSITION

Key Role: Lead overall marketing, branding, and PR strategy for the hotel. Responsible for positioning, media relations, and supervising the full marketing team.

Requirements:

10+ years experience in hotel/resort marketing or luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership background with brand & PR expertise.
Excellent communication, English proficiency (additional languages a plus).

CONTENT CREATOR 1 POSITION

Key Role: Produce photo, video, and creative content to support campaigns and ensure quality digital presence.

Requirements:

1–3 years experience in content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
Strong creativity and understanding of lifestyle/hotel branding.

EVENTS MANAGER 1 POSITION

Key Role: Plan and execute hotel events, festivals, and brand activations to drive foot traffic and guest engagement.

Requirements:

5+ years experience in event management (hospitality preferred).
Excellent organizational skills, vendor management background.
Strong ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
