KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provide a personalized and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout their stay.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, escort to rooms, and introduce facilities, amenities, and experiences.
• Act as the single point of contact for guests—arranging dining, spa, transport, excursions, and special requests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of The Slate’s concept, restaurants, wellness, and art installations to make curated recommendations.
• Prepare suites or villas with personal touches (e.g., amenities, turndown, celebration arrangements).
• Communicate guest preferences and feedback to relevant departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or requests with discretion, efficiency, and creativity.
• Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and the highest standards of service in line with The Slate’s brand philosophy.
• Support other guest service operations when required, always upholding teamwork and brand values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Previous experience in a Butler, Guest Relations, or Luxury Service role (hospitality background preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Impeccable grooming, professional etiquette, and confident interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage details.
• A natural sense of anticipation and discretion in handling guest needs.
• Passionate about design, art, and hospitality with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operation needs.
