Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the cleaning activities for a hotel and clinics, damage property record.
Ensure that rooms are made as per hotel standard.
Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, and uniform.
Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
Daily inspection of rooms, and public areas and coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public areas with the engineering department.
Assist in the investigation process if something is missing from the guests’ room.
The work schedules are prepared and planned according to the occupancy forecast, assigning regular duties and special duties for the housekeeping staff.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or a similar role in hospitality or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets and inventory.
A high school diploma or equivalent and a degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
