• Learning & Development Manager

Position Purpose

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and monitoring all learning and development activities within the hotel to enhance employee performance, service quality, and operational standards. This role also supports employee engagement activities, orientation programs, and overall Human Resources development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct training and orientation programs for employees at all levels.
• Prepare and implement annual and monthly training plans.
• Monitor employee training progress
• Develop training materials, schedules, and learning objectives.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding training activities and development plans.
• Manage student trainees and internship programs.
• Organize staff engagement activities, staff meetings, and recognition programs.
• Monitor and control training budgets, facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local labor regulations.

Qualification Standards

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development within hospitality industry.
• Good command of English communication skills.
• Good planning and coordination abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Be productive, punctual and be accurate in information and quality at work.
