• Chefs Garden Supervisor ( หัวหน้างานพนักงานดูแลสวนผัก )

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and manage the daily work in the Chef’s Garden.
• Plan and organize planting, growing, harvesting, and garden care.
• Make sure the garden provides fresh and good-quality vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers for the kitchen team.
• Check the health of plants, soil, water, and the general condition of the garden.
• Train and guide garden team members to work well and follow good standards.
• Help with special food projects, events, and farm-to-table activities when needed.
• Supervise the care of farm animals, including feeding, cleaning, and maintaining their health and well-being.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening, farming, horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality business is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of growing herbs, vegetables, fruits, edible flowers, and plants for cooking.
• Good leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and work well with the Culinary and Engineering teams.
• Experience in caring for farm animals such as goats, chickens, and ducks is an advantage.
• Basic to good English communication skills are an advantage.
