JOB SPECIFICATION
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night.
- Perform night audit duties, including closing the day’s transactions.
- Coordinate with security and other departments as needed.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and organized.
- Prepare reports and hand over necessary information to the morning team.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in international hotel, preferably 4/5 star property
- Prior experience working with PMS system Protel or Opera
- Strong communication English skill

- Greeting and assisting all callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing Phone Call Answer incoming calls promptly, direct them to the appropriate department
- To obtain guests information and handling all guest calls
- Provide outstanding service to guests via phone, email, chat
- Preparation of the daily arrival / departure list

- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Responsible for proper check-in, check-out, and service permanent according to “the service for value” scripts.
- Responsible for a proper handling of guest profiles by means of the PMS System
- Responsible for a proper processing of reservations by means of the PMS system
