  • Learning & Development Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Learning and Development strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and employee development needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as customer service excellence, leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify learning needs, assess performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Ensure global brand and culture initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a luxury hotel.
  • Prior experience in delivering on the job training within AccorHotels.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends and create strategies for improvement.
  • Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations. Implement and monitor SOPs.
  • Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently. Control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and with care.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping within luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service.
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
