Management Level

Guest Relations

  • Guest Relation Manager (m/f)
    Position requires fluent English, German & French

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes all guests on arrival
  • First point of contact for our guests in the lobby and in the resort
  • Competent advice in all matters and contact for all wishes and needs of our guests
  • Maintenance of the guest data and adding information for special requests to the guest profiles
  • Organization of transfers
  • Answering comments on Facebook, TripAdvisor and booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Good language skills in English, German and French are a must
  • Knowledge of hotel and / or tourism industry
  • Natural friendliness and warm charisma
  • Excellent manners and skillful demeanor
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Enjoy working with people

Sales & Marketing

  • Cluster Sales Manager Asia (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop all sales activities in Asian markets for 2 resort properties (1 in Thailand and 1 in Cambodia)

Qualifications:

  • Well experienced and established in the major Asian hospitality on and offline markets, Travel Agent, Tour Operators, B2B, B2C for two upscale boutique Hotels
  • Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand being the main markets
  • Team player with pleasant and positive attitude working closely with the respective sales, marketing and revenue & distribution teams

Human Resources & Training

  • Director of Training & Quality Assurance (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop all sales activities in Asian markets for 2 resort properties (1 in Thailand and 1 in Cambodia)

Qualifications:

  • Well experienced and established in the major Asian hospitality on and offline markets, Travel Agent, Tour Operators, B2B, B2C for two upscale boutique Hotels
  • Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand being the main markets
  • Team player with pleasant and positive attitude working closely with the respective sales, marketing and revenue & distribution teams

Manager positions are open to Thai nationals and Expats!
