ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Director of Business Development to lead the Sales and Business Development teams across two properties: Novotel Phuket Vintage Park and Novotel Phuket Resort.
• The successful candidate will drive market share and revenue growth for both hotels through proactive account management, new business development, and strong leadership across key segments, including Wholesale, Corporate, and MICE. Working closely with the cluster Marketing and Revenue teams, the Cluster Director of Business Development will shape and align commercial strategies for each property and ensure they are executed effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies aligned with market trends and revenue goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and DMCs.
• Drive performance across the Wholesale, Corporate, and MICE segments.
• Represent the hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
• Contribute to business plans, forecasts, and market analyses.
• Foster strong collaboration between the Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver seamless guest and client experiences.
