We are looking for the right candidates to join our team as follow:
Front Office
Night Manager / Asst. Night Mgr
Responsibilities
Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift, conducting night audits, and ensuring hotel safety and security.
Support the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager in all aspects of room operations, with a focus on Front Office activities and coordination with other departments during night hours.
Provide leadership and support to the night team and uphold My Beach Resort standards of excellence in all supervised areas.
Requrirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities in both Thai and English.
Able to work independently and make decisions.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Responsible for managing, supporting and motivating the spa team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation, development and profitability of the spa.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
In collaboration with upper management, oversees financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, purchasing and inventory control.
Requrirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Possess a valid Spa Manager License.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities in both Thai and English.
Ability to manage staff and finances effectively.
