• CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Chief Accountant is responsible for the hotel’s financial management plans.
• Overseeing the accounting department daily operations and managing the team – income auditor, accounts payable and receivable, cost controller and purchasing.
• Preparing monthly P&L, managing CAPEX and cashflow.
• Help company leadership with strategic planning that helps achieve high revenue and control expenses.
• Ensure the company complies with local and state financial regulations.
• Report directly to the Complex Financial Controller.

Requrirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting Major
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in management in Hospitality business
• Familiar with Carmen Program (preferred)
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Expertise working with financial statements.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Able to communicate in English both Speaking, listen and written.
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
