  • Responsible for overall sales activities of the hotel, leading the market share

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supports and report to the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Atrio Restaurant, Azure Pool Bar, Barrocco Bar, Room Service, and Banqueting/Events.
  • This role ensures high service standards, smooth operations, strong guest satisfaction, team development, and consistent achievement of revenue and cost targets.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in international hotels.
  • Strong leadership, hands-on approach and strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations.
  • Excellent English communication; Thai is a plus.
  • Guest-oriented and calm under pressure.
  • Familiar with POS systems such as Micros, Simphony and Future Log.
