- This is a full-time, on-site position located at the InterContinental Phuket Resort in Phuket.
- Oversee financial operations, manage financial statements and reporting, and assist in the creation and execution of strategic financial plans.
- Require close collaboration with other departments to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the resort.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proven ability to manage and interpret Financial Statements and conduct accurate Financial Reporting
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or Chief Accountant.
- Good knowledge of WHT, Vat and Taxes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is an asset
- Formal education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or certifications preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments effectively
- Experience in the hospitality sector and familiarity with luxury resort operations is advantageous
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail
- SENIOR SALES MANAGER / SALES MANAGER
Responsible for proactively generating and converting business opportunities within the MICE, corporate, incentive, and group leisure segments. Drives revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, high-value account management, and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Acts as a sales leader by supporting and mentoring team members and overseeing operations in the absence of senior sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert MICE and group business to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, and event planners in key markets
- Conduct sales activities and participate in industry events to expand market presence
- Prepare tailored proposals and contracts aligned with client needs and hotel strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and sales performance to support strategic planning
- Support and mentor junior team members; lead the team in the absence of DOS/ADOS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE or group segment
- Strong knowledge of MICE markets with a proven record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in relevant sales systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; able to travel for sales activities
- F&B SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic F&B Sales & Marketing Leader to enhance the visibility and success of our world-class restaurants and bars. This role involves collaborating with the Directors of Food & Beverage and Marketing to shape branding, drive revenue through strategic campaigns, and create engaging concepts for our luxury resort in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to boost F&B revenue via promotions, partnerships, and events.
- Grow F&B brands locally and globally through effective marketing campaigns.
- Enhance guest experiences with creative content and storytelling.
- Manage PR activities, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
- Engage with local communities and travel partners to build relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
- Support and coach team members in sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Strong English communication skills; Thai is a plus.
- Creative with a solid understanding of F&B trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure; knowledge of the Phuket market is preferred.
- OUTLET MANAGER – JARAS RESTAURANT
We are seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead and elevate the restaurant’s performance through strategic operational leadership and exceptional guest engagement. This role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, enhancing service excellence, and delivering refined dining experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver fine-dining standards
- Manage revenue, costs, P&L, payroll, and beverage cost control
- Develop promotions, business strategies, and drive revenue growth
- Monitor stock control, forecasting, and POS performance analysis
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
