• SENIOR SALES MANAGER / SALES MANAGER

Responsible for proactively generating and converting business opportunities within the MICE, corporate, incentive, and group leisure segments. Drives revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, high-value account management, and strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Acts as a sales leader by supporting and mentoring team members and overseeing operations in the absence of senior sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert MICE and group business to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, and event planners in key markets
• Conduct sales activities and participate in industry events to expand market presence
• Prepare tailored proposals and contracts aligned with client needs and hotel strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and sales performance to support strategic planning
• Support and mentor junior team members; lead the team in the absence of DOS/ADOS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE or group segment
• Strong knowledge of MICE markets with a proven record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in relevant sales systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English; able to travel for sales activities
