• Age below 45 candidates.
• Professional qualification in relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive responsibility in resort hotel experience will be a definite advantage.
• Experience of working in a position of high responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage sectors.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English Language.
• Team management, leadership & team player.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A liking for organizational work.
• Effective management and delivering profit center profitability.
• Sensitivity to customers with good relationship skill.
• Spirit of Initiative and Financial awareness.
