Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel and Tourism Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Management and Financial Skills: Proficient in budgeting, cost control, sales analysis, and inventory management to minimize waste.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards: Thorough understanding of hygiene regulations, food safety
• Leadership and Communication: Skilled in human resource management, staff training, team motivation, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Creativity: Visionary approach to developing new menus and designing activities or promotions to attract customers and increase organizational revenue.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
