  • Human Resources Manager
  • Develop staffing strategies, manage hiring pipelines, and source candidates for property roles.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure the team is trained to maintain brand service standards.
  • Champion an “open door” policy to resolve associate issues, lead employee recognition programs, and manage progressive discipline documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain secure personnel files, and manage workers’ compensation claims.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Partner with the executive committee on workforce planning and employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assistant Chief Engineer
  • Supports Chief Engineer by managing daily property operations, maintenance, and facility performance.
  • Oversees the physical plant (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems) and ensures safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Distributes repair work orders, tracks project progress, and coordinates with external contractors.
  • Monitors energy usage, reviews utility costs, and assists in capital expenditure planning.
  • Assists with training, scheduling, and developing engineering staff.
  • Ensures prompt response to guest repair requests and maintains high satisfaction standards.
  • Graphic Designer
  • Drives property revenue and brand awareness by creating visually compelling print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring all visual communications reflect the specific Centara brand’s image.
  • Partner with the operational departments to provide design solutions.
  • Create event invitations, on-site print materials, and restaurant/spa menus.
  • Bartender
  • Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive.
  • Prepare, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while following standard measuring systems and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling.
  • Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers.
  • Experience in making cocktails.
  • Guest Service Agent
  • Check in and check out guests, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue room keys, and process payments (cash, credit cards, and room charges).
  • Answer guest calls, record requests, and coordinate follow-up actions promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, room features, services, and local attractions.
  • Promote the hotel’s loyalty program, enroll new members, and recognize returning loyal guests.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, investigate issues, and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, active listening, and a courteous, professional attitude.
  • Maintain composure and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
