Job Summary

• The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth functioning of all departments—particularly Front Office. This role ensures excellent guest service, handles guest issues promptly, and manages the night audit process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office operations or a manager-level position.
• Good command of English and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of front office systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, or FCS).
