Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking, computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting PMS systems, especially Comanche System.
• Familiar with hotel systems such as POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, servers, and backup systems.
• Able to manage and support IT operations across multiple properties/hotels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination skills with external vendors and internal departments.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and support team members.
• Able to work under pressure and provide emergency IT support when required.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security or Cloud systems will be an advantage.
• Good command of English communication skills.
