Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure proper functioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire safety, and building systems.
• Prepare and manage the Engineering Department’s annual operating budget and CAPEX budget.
• Ensure all engineering operations comply with local laws, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
• Implement cost-control measures, monitor utility consumption, and lead energy-saving initiatives.
