  • Director Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall building engineering operations, including maintenance, operations, and installation of engineering systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  • Control and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, as well as oversee contractors and service providers to ensure work quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Plan, supervise, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to improve system reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce long-term operating costs.
  • Oversee energy and environmental management by analyzing energy, water, and waste consumption, and proposing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Take responsibility for Fire & Life Safety systems, emergency preparedness training, and emergency response team readiness on a 24/7 basis.
  • Coordinate with and provide technical support to management, including machinery replacement, system upgrades, and engineering improvement projects.
  • Ensure all engineering operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and the organization’s health and safety policies.

  • Manager Housekeeping

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and resort facilities.
  • Lead the Housekeeping team with clear priorities, strong follow-up, and a hands-on approach to excellence.
  • Oversee room readiness, inspection standards, and public area presentation to ensure every guest arrival and stay experience reflects the Amari brand.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest requests, room defects, maintenance issues, and service recovery matters are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and manage daily operations, including room assignments, deep cleaning schedules, public area cleaning, linen control, and team deployment based on occupancy and business needs.
  • Maintain strong preventive maintenance coordination with Engineering to ensure rooms and public areas remain in excellent condition.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, guest supplies, cleaning chemicals, amenities, linen, uniforms, and equipment in line with budget and operational requirements.
  • Ensure all SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and brand requirements are fully implemented, trained, and followed by the team.
  • Conduct regular room inspections, public area checks, laundry and linen spot checks and improvement actions.
  • Coach and motivate the Housekeeping team to build ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience.

  • Assistant Manager, Learning and Development

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the annual training plan aligned with business goals and operational needs. Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs including orientation, service standards, soft skills, and functional training. Support departmental trainers in conducting effective on-the-job training.
  • Ensure all training programs reflect company standards, service culture, and brand expectations. Support audits and reinforce consistency in service delivery across departments.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and operational gaps. Support career development initiatives and talent growth programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators. Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
