Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead activities such as beach games, yoga, water aerobics, workshops, and more.
  • Create and update daily and weekly activity schedules.
  • Lead group activities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure safety and provide excellent guest service.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and activity areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support special events and promotions.
  • Host themed events, holiday celebrations, and evening entertainment as needed.
  • Gather guest feedback to improve activities.

Qualifications::

  • Thai nationality only
  • 2–3 years’ experience in resort activities, sports, or recreation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of safety and first aid.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and controls all housekeeping operations

  • Attending and resolving guest complaints

Driver to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and maintain the Managing Director’s vehicle.
  • Provide punctual and courteous transportation for meetings and events.
  • Assist with daily errands, grocery shopping, and household tasks.
  • Ensure vehicle upkeep (cleaning, refueling, servicing).
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.
  • Adapt to schedule changes, including travel and additional days off.
  • Support household security and maintain professional relations with the family.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced personal driver with a clean license and record.
  • Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Flexible, able to work 6 days/week with travel adjustments.
  • Basic household chores and good communication skills.

Working Hours:

  • 6 days/week with flexible hours, may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Front Office

  • GSA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the GSA team to ensure efficient performance.
  • Monitor and maintain guest service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and appropriately.
  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments as required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Good command of English (spoken, read, and written).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
