Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
• Partnering with culinary teams for memorable dining experiences.
• Managing budgets and driving revenue performance.
• Collaborating on resort-wide initiatives to elevate brand standards.
• Assisting the Director of F&B with daily operations improvement.

Qualifications

• Open for all nationality and local package only
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Current FBM / ADFB at large-scale R&B
• Pre-opening & Michelin/Best 50 exposure a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ready to step up to Director of F&B in 12–18 months
• Experience in Thailand & luxury hospitality is a must
